Any woman who has competed and placed themselves under such extreme demands Physically, emotionally & nutrtionally will know that eventualy something has to give. It usually starts with negative emotional effects which compounds into physical and nutritional stress. The first 4-6 weeks post contest can be difficult to manage, it is important to intergrate your training & nutrition back to a realistic and manageable program without falling off the reails and loosing your mind, this can lead to low self esteem and poor body image. There is no need to pack on the kilos and see all of your hard work go to waste.
