Ok... Trying something differtent this time, manipulating my carbs. Exciting to be doing this as it makes total sense to only have carbs around training time. Thanks to Phil Primmer from Ultimate gym and Fitness, Darwin.
Also using supplements I havent used befor..... Like Chained reaction Post training, with humapro! all good clean food as well.
A few more training session under my belt..... 2 legs sessions every week, loving being able to squat again.... esp after foot injuries (still a little sore) but happy to be knocking out 20 sets of 20 reps..... Oh yeah baby, bootylishious again!
Heavy back session, and didn't I know about it when I woke up this morning!!! so sore, made myself laugh, I love it
It certainly feels great to be getting strong again, I just have to get back into waking up so early for my morning cardio, The sun doesnt rise at 5.30am in Darwin.... my body clock wants me to sleeeeep!
Lucky for me my husband wants to come with me in the mornings

well into training now and loving my new gym. it's great to be training around inspirational people like Phil and Vania Primmer, Joy Arnott and Kerry Albury!! Environment makes all the difference :-)

After a long rest due toinjuries and moving interstate, I have just settled into Ultimate Gyme and Fitness, Darwin. 2 awesome days of training! Souders..... (smashed them out) yesterday, sore already, Arms today! feels great..... I have missed training so much!
Legs tomorrow, 20 sets of 20 reps (squats)
