Thank you to all of you for your Birthday wishes, we had a fantastic day and as usual I was spoilt by my family. Had an awesome lunch at the Bronco's Leagues Club..... Mmmm.... that chocolate fountain! Ok, paid for it the next day but was worth it.

Back to the grind now, having a blast working on my website (many thanks to Lindy Olsen), finalising details for my NEW women's suppplement range (How Exciting) and putting marketing ideas in place for the release of a wonderful book that will be published in September(Top secret ATM). This year is certainly flying by with so many new ventures, I'm looking at competing next year in the USA and on the Pro stage, so my training and nutrition is being stepped up to a whole new level, you can follow my Personal Blog. Firstly getting in shape for a photoshoot with the Australia Zoo Tigers!!!!... What a rush.
