Ok... It's been a while since I got to blogging! sorry about that, it's been absolutely crazy around here lately.

As you know I will be competing at the GNC Pro figure 12th March 2011, I also have a team of amazing and beautiful women who will be accompanying me to this show and will also be gracing the satge in the Bikini, Figure Novice and Open Figure (Pro Qualifier) These amazng athletes.... Terri-Anne Gray, Leanne Avery, Angie Moore, Laura Clark, Lahnee Thomas and Linda Richards have been working their backside off and are looking HOT!! It's such a pleasure to work with motivated and like-minded people.... Such a great support network for each other.

The attitude towards this show is one of enthusiasm, kindness and dedication, after all we dont compete against one an other... we compete against ourselves to be the best that we can personally be and improve along the way. Chalk it all up to experience.... Winning/Placing is the bonus!
