You know when someone says.... It's that time of year again? well I know it s a busy time now, but I can honestly say this year has beeen flat out all the way for us! With Col competeing, our daughter paige in her last year of school and graduating next week, schoolies OMG!! (yes Col and I will be going down in the motor home) for a few nights.... just to keep a check on things LOl and our son Kyle has the biggest social life of any 13yr old I know. We will also be hosting our first Bodybuilding, Fitness, figure & Bikini show next year 9th April 2011 including a health and fitness trade show and we are now gettng our sponsors lined up and it's looking like a fantastic show with awesome support! 

I have a book launch for YSM Bosy Bible 25th November in Brisbane, which sounds like it's going to be a big event.... Can't wait for that to roll around. And in no time at all it will be Christmas..... I am not even close to being prepared for that! Oh next week I will be guest speaker at a function for Ageless Clinics here on the Sunshine Coast.... Better get cracking with that one hey.

I am really hanging out for a holiday.... !!! don't see it happening for some time though, we will hit the ground running in 2011, so hang in there all you busy peeps, enjoy the ride and jusy go with the flow
